The customer/visitor accepts the below listed general terms and conditions.
- Upon completion of the booking, all circumstances considered sufficiently cleared.
- In solving any problems the team at Paraiso del Conde will assist guests/customers.
- (2 daily rates) deposit for the booking will be charged for the payment of the final instalment and non-refundable or adopted.
- Upon payment of the deposit, name must be booked accommodation and travel time, to provide the mapping of the deposit.
- The entrance of the deposit will be confirmed by email. With the deposit, the reservation of the accommodation of pages of the landlord is guaranteed and sides of the tenant’s claim to take.
- The rent for the accommodation will be paid by customers/guests no later than on the third day of the stay in cash or with credit card.
- Accommodation is on the day of arrival at the latest as of 16:00 ready for occupancy and swept clean to leave on the day of departure until 11:00.
- This agreement is terminated as soon as the customer/guest has taken the required accommodation and the above conditions are met.
- Cancellation: the deposit will not be refunded or issued. 30 to 90 days before the accommodation: 50% of the total, 1-29 days before the accommodation: 95% of the total.
